Inquiry desk

Send a steel-building brief to FrameLink Sourcing

This contact page is the full desk, not the compact quotation dialog. Write the building once. The coordinator uses that note to ask factories for alternative quotations. No public office, map pin, or telephone number is published, because none is offered as a walk-in counter.

Where the brief goes

Use the stepped form on this page. There is no street address to mail a roll of drawings. If you already have files, describe them in the requirement box and the desk will say how to pass copies after the written scope is clear.

How replies are addressed

The work email field is the return path. A telephone number is optional inside the form and is not displayed on the site. FrameLink Sourcing will not invent a local exchange to resemble a branch of another company.

When the desk reads it

The review window must be confirmed; this page publishes no response-time commitment. A received brief is not a reserved production or delivery slot. Wind speed, ground snow load, clear span, quantity, and destination still have to be in the note before a factory is asked to price. If the opening message names a searched brand and nothing else, the reply asks for eave height, bay spacing, primary frame type, and which of shell, delivered, installed, or turnkey should be priced. A place-name inside a search query is not substituted for the real project jurisdiction, wind exposure category, or seismic design category.

Use a unit for each dimension and budget: feet or metres, building sets or component packages, currency and per-unit or whole-order basis. Put unresolved wind, snow and seismic criteria in the open-question list for the project engineer. A reference company location is not the project jurisdiction.

Submitting lets the desk review the brief and ask factories for quotations on that written scope. Read the Privacy Policy. Stock, price, code compliance, and brand compatibility stay unconfirmed until a named supplier answers the exact system.
