This policy describes how FrameLink Sourcing handles information a business visitor types into an inquiry or a comment form. It is not a promise that a factory, a carrier, or a design office will handle the same information the same way after the buyer chooses to share a file with them.
The inquiry form asks for a name, a work email, a company, and a procurement requirement. Phone is optional. Product interest, a target budget, currency, a per-unit or whole-order basis, and a supplier preference are optional notes. When JavaScript runs, those notes are added to the requirement text at the moment of a valid submit. They are not stored as extra named backend fields by this template. Comment forms collect the comment text and the contact details the visitor types there.
The brief is used to understand the building use, geometry, quantity, destination, and scope, and to ask factories for quotations on that description. It is also used to reply to the work email the visitor provided. It is not used to publish a testimonial, a logo, or a project photo. This site does not display a public address book.
No street address, map, or telephone directory listing is published for the desk. Do not send confidential calculations to a channel this page does not offer. If a later message explains how to pass drawings, that message is the instruction for that brief, not a standing upload portal.
A requirement may be shared with suppliers who are asked to quote the described alternative, and with service providers who host the form submission. Sharing is limited to what is needed to answer the brief. The desk does not sell the inquiry list. A supplier who receives a brief becomes an independent recipient of that copy.
Briefs are kept long enough to coordinate the request and to keep a record of what was asked. A visitor may ask, through the same form, that a stored brief be corrected or deleted, subject to records the desk must keep for a dispute about what was submitted. Browser storage used for the sourcing-benefit notice remembers a first display time and, for the session, whether the ticker was closed. That storage is not the procurement brief.
Privacy questions should use the inquiry form and begin with the word privacy so they are separated from a building quotation request. The reply goes to the email in that submission.
QUALIFIED BUSINESS BUYERS
A coordinator can ask factories for quotations after the building requirement is written down.
Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements.
